Terms of the Limited Warranty

All Cellet products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting their forms, fits, and functions. Any claim alleging that any product fails to conform to the foregoing warranty may be made only by the original consumer who purchases such product and only while such consumer owns such product. The warranty period commences upon the date of purchase and continuing for the following specified period of time after that date:

The Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of product(s) by purchaser. It covers only defects arising from normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than Cellet or a Cellet-authorized third party service provider.

Cellet is only responsible for repair or replacement of the defective products; any refund claim should be directed to the distributors or retailers where the consumer purchased the product. Cellet, at its discretion, will repair or replace the product that is determined to be defective. Products are constantly upgraded and newer versions introduced; therefore, Cellet reserves rights to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used products and/or parts.

The consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to Cellet. Cellet shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to the consumer after the completion of service or replacement under this Limited Warranty.

Transfer of Cellet products through any unauthorized distributor renders our manufacturer’s warranty null and void. Any Cellet products sold by a private party or unauthorized seller is sold on an ‘as is’ or with all faults basis with respect to Cellet. As such, the entire risks to the quality and performance of such products will be with the buyer if the unauthorized distributor will not cover the costs of repairing or replacing defects.


This warranty does not cover damages such as the cost of repairing or replacing other property that is damaged due to a defect in product, the cost for transportation of the product to get warranty service, loss of time, loss of use, or other consequential or incidental damages.

The products are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems. Except as set forth herein, Cellet makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and Cellet disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, conformity to models or samples, or any warranties or indemnities against intellectual property infringement. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you. In no event shall Cellet be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. All disputes arising out of or related to the limited warranties set forth herein (consumer disputes) shall be governed by the laws of the state of California. Claims against Cellet for shortages shall be deemed waived if not made within three (3) business days after receipt of the shipment.

Return Procedure.

The Limited Warranty is valid for selected Cellet products. To be covered under the warranty, you have to be the original purchaser and have the original receipt or other proof of purchase. The warranty only covers defective product caused by a production failure; normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, alteration, and natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes will not be covered under this warranty.

  1. Please fill out the Warranty Claim Form.
  2. Send the defective product with the original receipt or other proof of purchase to the address shown below.
  3. For defective clips please send digital images (photos) to along with a shipping address.
  4. Your request will be processed if it is determined to be covered under the warranty.
  5. A replacement will be sent out within 30 business days from the receipt of your request.

Cellet will not be responsible for misdirected claims or damaged parts in transit. Please retain shipping information including tracking number(s) until a replacement product is received. In such case Cellet determines that failure of the product(s) is not a direct result of defects in materials or workmanship, Cellet reserves rights to charge customer for parts and labor at Cellet’s the current labor rate, or a 20% restocking fee. Cellet will advise customer prior to assessing such charges.
