1. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we provide a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this time, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage to mobile devices or other hardware used with the accessory.
4. Return Shipping Policy
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item for warranty service. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Initial Contact: Use the link above to submit your request. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Verification: Once we receive your message, a member of our team will reach out to you via email to request your Proof of Purchase (such as a PDF receipt or screenshot of your order confirmation) and any necessary photos of the defect.
- Authorization: After we verify your proof of purchase and the defect, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to ship your return.
